Purpose

PURPOSE

Vision and mission are bigger than you, but your purpose is specific to you. Your purpose helps you realize your full potential. The big two (vision & Mission) may require a corporate undertaking to realize, but you have no excuse for not finding purpose where you are, and playing your role to the full. In other words, there is not excuse to have no purpose. You can find purpose in anything you do. That purpose will draw out your potential and help you tap silent resources. If you are a husband, find out the purposes of a husband and play them out to the full. If you are a member of a team, find out your role and make a contribution based on what is expected of you. Everyone has a purpose. If you do not find purpose, you become a baggage, a burden and a bore to everyone else.
