Allan D. M. Bukusi

Allan Bukusi is a corporate business transformation consultant. He trains governance, leadership and senior management teams how to lead transformative change in VUCA world contexts. He equips professionals with leadership soft skills to enhance their productivity, aligns employee performance with corporate strategy to deliver business targets. He facilitates board and company workshops to design and implement innovative strategic plans.  He also researches and writes on leadership, management and personal development topics.

He draws his expertise from academic education, professional training in human resources development, leadership exposure, employment experience and consulting engagement in over 300 corporate assignments over two decades. He has interacted with several thousand employees in medium-to-large global and local organizations in multiple industries. He helps clients to interpret the impact of environmental change on business operations and facilitates the design of innovative and transformative solutions for enterprise survival, sustainability and long term success. His skillfully structured interactive training programs equip participants with knowhow, technique and attitudes to facilitate personal and institutional growth. His service portfolio includes; business needs analysis, innovative strategy design and implementation, how to lead corporate transformation, human resources development, people needs analysis, training program design, curriculum development and delivery, workshop facilitation, leadership soft skills training, management skills development, managing staff performance through aligning performance management systems and employee productivity in pursuit of strategic business objectives.

He has conducted assignments in Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Mozambique and India. He has written over a dozen books on leadership, management and personal development topics and a dozen peer reviewed academic journal articles including What transformative leaders do. He has conducted leadership training for participants from over 40 African countries and other parts of the world. His personal mission is establishing vibrant, ethical, God-fearing, sustainable, socio-economic enterprise across Africa.
