Fulfillment

FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment is not about individual achievement or even ambition. Fulfillment is about living without regret. It is about making full use of every opportunity to succeed. It is possible to find fulfillment in all that you do. The secret lies in your attitude to what you do. If you have a poor attitude to your work, It will not be fulfilling. I have more news for you. Your attitude is in your power. It is a choice. You can find fulfillment in the most drab and "distasteful" of activities by changing your attitude towards the activity. One key to changing your attitude is focusing a little less on yourself and focusing more on others. It may seem like a chore, like washing dishes, but just thinking how everyone appreciates clean dishes may make you feel better about what you are doing. You are doing an important job. One thing you would do well to remember is the fact that fulfilled people do ordinary things extraordinarily well. One of the amazing facts of fulfillment is that it is found in service and in giving of oneself not in rewards, accolades or even victory.
