You can't pass on a dream, not even to the one you love

One of the most difficult things you can do is try to find someone to inherit or take over your dream.  What I find amazing is that every single person has their OWN dream. Even if the other person cannot quantify their dream they will see no reason to take on yours.

Dreams are individual possessions like the heart, soul and mind. Many a (rich) parent has big dreams for their children. Alas, much of the time the children sell the dreams of the previous generation to enjoy their own dream. If they do carry on the dream, it must meet the conditions of their own dreams - that too is a gamble. The dreams you have are yours and are only valid in your lifetime. Every dream is set in a time, a place and cannot be replaced.

So what must you do with your dream? You must live it because only you can. Be bold, be brave, be strong. Determine to leave your dreams on earth and not in some cold dark dingy grave.  A dream has only one lifetime - Yours.
