WHY CONFLICT IS NECESSARY
Conflict designs, defines, refines and aligns leaders. Wherever there is conflict, there is a search for a leader. The leader is in agony and pain, unknown. However, the leader is not always the one whom everyone thinks. Whoever passes the test will come out tried, tested and trained to lead.
