TALENT IS WHAT YOU DO WITHOUT A JOB

Talent is what you would do if you did not have a job. Most of us find a job then try to find our talent. It does not work that way. We should identifying our talent and then finding a job to use it. Most of us spend our lives looking for (better) jobs. If you find a job, you need to find another one when it ends. If you find your talent, you can have a job for life.
