WHEN TO PANIC

WHEN TO PANIC

Fear is a primary reaction. You should be worried if you are never afraid. However, panic is a secondary action. The worst thing that you can do in a crisis is panic. Panic will rob you of sense and will to act. To panic in any situation puts you one down. The best time to panic is never.
