IS YOUR LEADERSHIP SELFISH?
Leadership is never about "me" it is about "others". Leadership is not selfish. It is not about how much food you ate, or what you did not get. It is about what you do for others and whether you gave them your best. It is not about how rich and famous you are. It is about how wealthy and satisfied you helped others to be. It is not about how good your products are, but how well they serve others. Between you and me, leadership is about others not us.
