Ethnicity
is a tool for effective leadership and efficient organization of large
populations over wide geographical areas in diverse environments and
circumstances facing unique challenges as people with God given corporate expectations,
hopes and aspirations. When taken positively it is a very creative people management
and engagement tool and provides an excellent template for government. However,
it does require a superior level of intelligence, sensitivity, maturity and empathetic
leadership to realize its full value.
