Friday is the most popular day of the week.  It is an ending. It is when people stop doing one thing and start another thing.  Some stop working, others stop thinking. Some start drinking while others start spending. Some people think of worshiping, while others are happy with sleeping. Friday is unique because everyone expects something to be happening. If it is the "end of the month", there is general rejoicing, but every Friday always ends with a "ing".  Have a great weekend!

Leaders should have knowledge because they have authority. Otherwise, they will frustrate those with great knowledge and little authority. They are also likely to offend those with little knowledge and no authority, as they see no difference between the leader and themselves.
